Observed employee discarding beverage in hand sink. COS: Employee cleaned interior of hand sink with sanitizing solution.

Observed food products stored on floor to be used as a door stopper. COS PIC moved food product to proper storage area 6 inches off the ground.

Observed PIC wearing jewelry while preparing food. COS: PIC removed jewelry and washed hands.

Observed PIC did not have proper test strips for quat sanitizer for three-compartment sink.
