Regulation: 511-6-1.03(1)(c)2,3 - demonstration (pf)
Person in charge (PIC) was unable to provide symptoms associated with food borne illness.
PIC must be able to describe the symptoms associated with the diseases that are transmissible through food.
Copy of employee agreement form was provided to PIC.

Observed employee drinking from a water bottle.
Drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed.
Upon arrival, employees removed two bottles of water and a canned beverage. All drinking must be from a single service cup with a lid and straw.
