Observed TCS foods in WIC and prep top cooler not cold holding at 41F and below. PIC advised to monitor WIC to ensure adequate cooling and have unit repaired. See temperature log marked ** below.
11C - approved thawing methods used
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(c) - thawing (c)
Observed bags with chilli being thawed in stagnant water. COS items were removed from stagnant water and placed in cooler.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(g) - jewelry (c)
Observed employees preparing food wearing bracelet and watch. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS items were removed.

Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(f) - fingernails (pf)
Observed employee preparing ready to eat food with painted nails. Employees shall keep their fingernails clean and trimmed to no longer than the tips of the fingers. Unless wearing gloves in good repair, a food employee may not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed food. COS employee donned gloves.

Top half of inspection report not observed posted in drive through. CA. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed build up of grease and debris on floor behind fryers. PIC advised to clean. CA. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
