Observed TCS foods (dairy) cold holding above 41F in undercounter cooler of the front food service. See temp log(*) Undercounter cooler had accumulation of ice build up. COS: Person in charge relocated milk to walk in cooler to rapidly cool.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed food employee wash hands at the designated produce sink. COS: Food employee washed hands at the designated hand sink. CA: Food employees shall clean their hands in a handwashing sink or approved automatic handwashing facility and may not clean their hands in a sink used for food preparation or warewashing, or in a service sink or curbed cleaning facility used for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste.
