Routine
13-189(a)(5) All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, or debris by frequent brushing and vacuuming of the bottom and sidewalls. Pool had leaves and sediment at the bottom.
Permit/Opening
13-188(d)(1) Permanent, slip-resistant, easily-readable depth markers at least four inches (4"). One of the depth markers was missing at the time of inspection.
13-188(h)(4) Decks shall not retain any standing water greater than 1/8" in depth or greater. The deck has a dip paddle of water, which could be dangerous to bathers.
13-201(k) A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each men's and women's section of the bathhouse. No diaper changing station in either both bathrooms was found at the time of the inspection.
