13-188(d)(2): Depths of pool less than 5 feet shall have permanent "NO DIVING" in minimum 2 inch black letters with a white background spaced evenly around pool perimeter. Observed "NO DIVING" markers smaller than 2 inches.

13-202(m): Safety rules and regulations must contain at a minimum the 12 required statements in the pool code. Observed signage missing several required statements. Provided CPO with list of required statements.

13-201(b): A shower with tempered water 70F to 104F shall be provided at each entrance to pool area. Observed no deck shower.

13-187(c): Current inspection report shall be displayed where it is easily readable. Observed no inspection report posted.

13-189(c)(1): Approved test kits shall be provided and used. Observed no test kit for residents to used between company visits(2x/week).

13-187(c): The operating permit shall be displayed where it is easily readable at all times. Observed no permit displayed.

13-189(a)(5) All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, or debris by frequent brushing and vacuuming. The pool had sediment and leaves at the bottom of the pool.

13-201(k) No diaper changing tables in either restroom. Diaper changing tables must be provided for sanitary reasons.
