13-20(c)(3) Laboratory with tempered water with a temperature range of 70F to 104F shall be provided for each 100 men or women. There wasn't hot water coming out of the faucet in the male or female bathroom.
13-184(e)(5) Imminent health hazard exist if the sanitary facilities are not functional or if the facilities are not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. One toilet in the female bathroom wasn't working.
13-189(a)(5) All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, or debris. Observed sediment on the bottom of the pool.

Observed low turnover rate (330GPM). The turnover rate should be at least 389gpm in a 140,000 gallon pool.

Observed brown dirt/debris at the bottom of the pool.
13-189(a)(5) All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt or debris by frequent brushing and vacuuming of the bottom and sidewalls. Visible scum shall be removed immediately.
CPO will have it cleaned in the next 72 hours. CPO will also reach out to HOA to have the pool resurfaced in the winter.
CPO will sent a photo of treated and cleaned stains by May 10th, 2025.
