13-189(c)(4) the pool water shall be tested for the disinfectant level and pH at least two times per day. Observed: pH and chlorine are being tested for once every 2 days

13-188(h)(3) the required deck shall be unobstructed in all directions. Rough and abrasive surfaces are prohibited. Observed: the deck is currently very rough and chipped. Needs to be resurfaced. There is slight water retention causing a noticeable buildup of mold, which was removed. There was a bench on the far side of the pool that did not allow for the required 4 feet of pool deck clearance. Bench was moved

13-189(c)(1)- the pool shall; be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with the Ph level between 7.2-7.8. observed pH to be 6.9. CPO adjusted to be 7.2.

13-189(a)(5) Pool deck coating coming apart. Needs repair. Deck also has several stains. Needs to be cleaned better. Deck will need to be resurfaced in the near future.

13-205(m): Rules must contain the minimum the 12 codes. OBSERVATION: rules are missing "bathers with open wounds", "bathers shall wear bathing attire", and "hours of operation". Sign needs to be replace as soon as possible.

13-197(a)- Water in each pool shall be continuously chemically treated with an improved disinfecting agent. Salt system not working properly.

13-202(c)- Each pool shall maintain and make available for inspection onsite upon request a daily record of operating information. Facility was unable to provide daily record keeping. Each day, chlorine and pH levels shall be recorded twice a day.

13-187(c)- The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public at all times. Inspection report was not posted.
