Pic was unable to provide the employee reporting agreements for employees. She says that she has them but is unable to find them.

Pic was unable to provide clean up procedures for fecal/vomit clean up. Epa approved sanitizer was also not provided at the time of inspection. Procedures and sanitizer must be provided by 4/25/26.

Hot water was observed not working at the hand sink and 3 compartment sink. Pic stated that the hot water heater needed repair. Advised pic to fix hot water immediately.
