Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Observed no hand soap at hand wash sink in dishwashing area . COS: PIC refilled hand soap dispenser

Hand Drying Provision. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:1. Individual, disposable towels; 2. A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel. Observed no type of hand drying device at hand wash sink in Mop sink/ Ice Machine area . COS: PIC refilled dispenser with paper towels.

Jewelry. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. Observed one food worker wearing a wrist watch while preparing food items in main kitchen. COS: Food worker removed wrist watch , washed hands and donned new gloves.
