Regulation: 511-6-1.04(1) - safe, unadulterated and honestly presented (p)
Condition. Food shall be safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented. Observed one bottle of Casamigos tequila adulterated by one dead fruit fly found in direct contact with alcohol of liquor display shelf in bar area. COS: PIC discarded said alcohol and advised to keep all alcohol covered during periods on non activity.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - water supply, capacity; pressure (pf)
The water source and system shall be of sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands of the food service establishment. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. Observed hot water not provided/shut off at employee hand wash sink at two hand wash sinks in kitchen and dump sinks in bar area. PIC advised to have issue repaired by a licensed plumber and send invoice to inspector via email by 2/10/26.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
System Maintained in Good Repair. A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; P and maintained in good repair. Observed water leaking onto floor surface from two compartment sink and three compartment sink and water draining into plastic container from hand wash sink on cooking line in kitchen. PIC was advised to have leaks fixed by a licensed plumber and send invoice to inspector via email by 2/5/26.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Using Dressing Rooms and Lockers. 2. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions. Observed water bottle, drinking cup and dirty food storage container stored directly on top of ice machine in main kitchen. COS: Person in Charge (PIC) relocated said items to office
