Discussed with PIC to clean the kitchen to eliminate possible harborage conditions. PIC will provide pest control invoice via email.

Observed the top inner lids of the prep top cooler covered with taped and glued foil. The foil and tape were partially coming off. The inner side of the foil was collecting water condensation and food debris.

CA: Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. Also, equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

COS: PIC voluntarily removed the foil and tape off the lids. PIC will provide photo proofs once the glue is removed by 7/2/2025
