Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed an employee wash a knife in the handwashing sink.
CA:A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
COS: Employee voluntarily sanitized the handwashing sink and took the knife to be washed properly in three compartment sink and washed his hands.

Observed chest freezer inner insulation falling out of the door frame. CA: Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Discussed with PIC to repair the freezer as soon as possible.
