13-189(c)(1): pools shall be kept at an alkaline pH between 7.2-7.8. -pH measured at 7.1 initially. second testing was at 7.2.
13-190(a)(7): adequately sized flow meter should be attached to return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate. -flow meter was not functioning upon inspection. Pool company provided new flow meter and should be installed before next inspection.
