13-188(d)(1)- depth markers inside pool must have depth displayed in feet and inches with all lettering at least 4 inches in size, with black lettering on white backgrounds. observed: In-pool depth markers had "FT" lettering that was 1 inch in size.

13-189(c)(2) - Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100 ppm. observed: Cyanuric acid levels were 133 and 145 on test and retest, respectively. Instructed CPO to drain over half the pool. imminent health hazard.

13-188*f) - steps shall have handrails anchored into the bottom step and extend over and anchor into the pool deck. observed no handrail on steps in pool. imminent health hazard.

13-190(a) Turnover rate should be a minimum 60gpm. Observed turnover rate 40gpm.

13-188(d)(1) Depth markers should be written in feet and inches. Observed markers written in 1/2 feet.
