13-202(a)(2): Pool gates shall self-close and self-latch. Pool door was observed ajar upon arrival, and door would not self-close. *Imminent health hazard.

13-202(d): Each pool shall have a shepherd's hook and life ring. Observed rotted life ring that needs to be replaced. *Imminent health hazard

13-190(a)(7): A flow meter shall be installed on the return line. Flow meter could not be located.

13-189(c)(4): Pool water shall be tested for chlorine and pH 2x/day. Observed outdated, incomplete logs.

13-190(a): All circulation components shall function and be maintained in clean condition. Observed skimmers full of leaves.
