13-190(a) - pools must have turnover rate that achieves required 6-hour turnover for the pool. observed: the flowmeter showed a flow rate of 70 gallons per minute (gpm), which is too low to achieve required turnover rate. Pool turnover must be 83 gpm or higher to achieve required turnover rate.

13-202(g) An operable emergency telephone must be available with direct 911 access, directing emergency operators to the correct facility address observed: the 911 telephone operators did not have the correct address of the pool facility; operators said the facility address on file for the emergency phone was 785 Briarcliff Road, which did not match the pool facility's address.

13-197(a) pool water must be continuously treated with approved chemical disinfecting agents and associated approved chemical disinfectant equipment observed: the pool's chlorine feeder did not contain any chlorine tablets, and was thus, not operational.
