Observed 2 employees wearing bracelets handling food during time of inspection. CA: Advised PIC Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Food employees removed bracelets and washed their hands during time of inspection
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4 - equipment, utensil, linens, stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed containers stored above the 3-compartment sink stacked while wet. CA: Advised PIC dishes shall be stored in a self-draining position that allows air drying. COS: Food employee separated the dishes on the drain board to properly air dry

Observed the walk-in cooler fan shield with heavy dust accumulation present. CA: Advised PIC Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
