13-201(k) - A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each men's and women's section of the bathhouse.

13-189(c)(6) - At all times when a pool is in use the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck.

13-189(c)(1): A free-chlorine residual shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than three parts per million (3ppm) at all times. Free-chlorine shall not exceed ten parts per million (10ppm).

13-201(c)(3) - 1 lavatory with tempered water with a temperature range of 70F to 104F shall be provided for each 100 men or women. The CPO indicated that the facility does not have a hot water tank.

13-189(c)(1): the free chlorine residual must be between 3.0ppm-10.0ppm. The chlorine was first recorded at 2.20ppm and was COS and raised to 3.12ppm via the CPO.

13-201(c)(3): bathrooms must have hot water around the temperature of 70 degrees to 104 degrees. There was no hot water in the bathroom.
