Observed bleach bucket sanitizer to be reading high at 200PM++. CA: Chemical sanitizers, including chemical sanitizing solutions generated on-site, and other chemical antimicrobials applied to food-contact surfaces shall: Meet requirements for active and inert ingredients for use in antimicrobial formulations (Food-contact surface sanitizing solutions). COS: Sanitizer solution was re-made to 100ppm.
12B - personal cleanliness

Observed food employees handling food with jewelries on(ring with rigid texture like design and crystal design). CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Ring was removed.

Observed live roach in the kitchen area (by the dry food storage area).
