13-189(c)(6); At all times when a pool is in use, the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck. Observed the entire pool water to be cloudy.
13-189(c)(1): The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with a pH level between 7.2-7.8. Observed pH level at 8.3.

13-190(a)(7): an adequately sized flow meter shall be replaced on the return line. The flowmeter range is too high (it maxes out at 300 and reads at 140 which isn't the right turnover for this size pool). A new flowmeter needs to be placed in the appropriate range.
13-188(a): pool surface shall have no cracks or open joint. There is a crack running along the base of the pool. The surface needs to be resurfaced in the off season.
