13-189(c)(1): the chlorine level for an outdoor pool shall be maintained between 3ppm - 10ppm; chlorine level at first too low during inspection, but this was corrected onsite

13-187(c):A copy of the pool operators certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit. Observed there was no CPO certificate displayed.
13-202(k):Container shall be durable and weather-resistant and kept supplied and ready for use. Observed the first aid kit was old and dirty.

13-188(d)(1): permanent-slip resistant depth markers at least 4 inches tall in both feet and inches. Markers in vertical pool walls at or above waterline must be 4 inches tall and in feet and inches. Obs: The depth markers have inches written in less than 4 inches tall. The veritcal pool walls have the depth markers written in "1/2". This should be written out numerically. ex: "6 IN".
13-188(d)(2): "No Diving" Markers should be atleast 2 inches tall. Obs: These markers were observed to be 1 inch tall.
13-188(h)(3): Decks should be slip resisting. Rough and abrasive surfaces prohibited. Obs: There is visible cracks throughout pool deck. Some areas have cracks that are separating and can be a hazard.
13-202(m): Safety rules should contain minimum of 12 statements. Obs: Rules are missing "no food or drink", "bathers with open wounds", "no running", "no spitting/spouting".
13-189(a)(5): All pools shall be kept free of sediment, dirt, or debris. Obs: There is visible staining throughout.
13-198(b): Ventilation must be provided by a chlorine-resistant exhaust fan with vents located at a max of 4 inches above floor level. Obs: No exhaust fan present.
