13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired weather proof telephone with direct access to 911 must be provided; at time of inspection, emergency phone was inoperable

13-188(h)(4): Decks shall not retain any standing water for more than 20 minutes. Obs: CPO unclogged drain to allow proper draining.

13-201(b): A deck rinse with hot water range of 70-104 degrees shall be provided. Obs: Deck rinse has no hot water.

13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired weather proof telephone must be provided. Obs: Phone had no power. Didn't hear a ringtone.

13-190(a): All circular systems components shall function properly. Obs: flow meter indicator is stuck.

13-188(h)(4): Decks shall not retain any standing water for more than 20 min. Obs: Deck rinse is located beside the kiddy pool. When a lady rinsed off, the water remained on deck because drain in clogged. It was a significant amount-- if multiple people used it, it could spill into kiddy pool.

13-188(h)(4): Drain grates must be secured, yet easily removable to facilitate cleaning. Obs: There is a hole on deck where deck rinse is for tghe drain. The drain has no cover.

13-202(m): Safety rules & regulations must contain 12 statements at minimum. Obs: Sign is missing "telephone is located", and bather load info is not filled in.

13-187(c): current inspection report shall be displayed in conspicuous place. Obs: The inspection report displayed was the permitting. Since then, I've completed a routine and informal.

13-202(m): Rules must contain minimum the 12 statements in the pool code. Observations: The rule for "no animals allowed", "shower and rinse thoroughly before entering", and "max bather load" is missing.
