13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired weather proof telephone with direct access to 911 must be provided; at time of inspection, emergency phone inoperable.

13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on return line. Obs: Flow meter max is 420. Turnover rate is 402.8. Flow meter max value should be 1.5x of turnover rate. Max value should be 604 gpm.

13-196(a)(4): each skimmer must have a properly designed and operating weir. Obs: CPO installed 2 missing weirs.

13-201(b): shower with hot water range between 70-104 degrees must be maintained. Obs: No hot water in deck rinse.

13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired weather proof telephone must be provided. Obs: Phone had no power. Didn't hear a ringtone.

13-189(c)(1): Free chlorine shall measure at range of 3-10ppm. Obs: initial reading was 1.84. Pool monitor adjusted to 3.72.

13-197(a): the water in each pool shall be continuously treated chemically with chlorinator. Obs: Chlorinator was found to be turned off. Pool monitor turned it on.

13-190(a): An adequately sized flow meter must be installed. Obs: flow meter reads 380gpm. Max value is 420. Flow meter needs to have max value of 605gpm, since turnover rate is 403.

13-196(a)(4): each skimmer must have operating weir. Obs: 2 of the skimmers are missing weirs.

13-202(m): safety rules and regulations shall have minimum 12 statements in the pool code. Obs: signs are missing "telephone is located", and bather load info is not filled in.

13-201(b): If theres a deck rinse, it must have hot water range of 70-104 degrees. Obs: No hot water.

13-187(c): current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where easily readible. Obs: The inspection report displayed was the permitting. Since then, I've completed a routine and informal.

13.202(m): Rules must contain minimum the 12 statements in pool code. Observations: The rule for "no animals allowed", "shower and rinse thoroughly before entering", and "max bather load" is missing.
