13-201(c): separate facilities shall be provided for men and women; inspector was only shown one unisex restroom during inspection of pool facility, though CPO at end of inspection assured inspector that the facility had other restroom beside the one the inspector was initially shown

13-190(a):The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four(24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of six (6) hours (pools).

13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute (GPM). Observed flow meter rate at 45; needs to be at 55.

13-202(e): qualified lifeguard means individuals who have current, non0expired lifeguard certifications. Observation: Lifeguard certification expired 06/05/2023.
