13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four turnovers per day or one turnover every six hours. Observed flow meter reading was not efficient enough to meet these standards.

13-201(k): At all times a minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each men’s and women’s section of the bathhouse. Observed no baby changing station in bathhouse.

13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty four hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four tunrovers per day, or one turnover every six hours. Recorded flow meter value was not meeting these standards.

13-189(c)(1) The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of a minimum of three and a maximum of ten. Chlorine was measured at .50.

13(189)(C)(2) Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100 ppm. Cyanuric acid level was recorded at 101.

13-190(a): Adequately sized flow meter shall be installed to accurately indicate circulation rate in GPM. Obs: Flow meter max value is 120 gpm. Flow meter should be 1.5x of turnover rate (102gpm). Max value should be 155gpm.
