13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty four hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four turnovers per day, or one turnovers every six hours. Recorded flow meter rating did not meet these standards.

13-184(e)(5) Imminent health hazard exists if the sanitary facilities are not functional or if the facilities are not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Women's bathroom was not clean at the time of routine. Cleaned and C.O.S.

13-189(c)(1) Free chlorine residual must be 3-10 ppm at all times. Chlorine value too low at the time of measuring.

13-189(c)(1) The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with a pH between 7.2-7.8. Pool pH too low, could not fix on site at the time of measuring.

13-202(c) Each pool operator shall maintain and make available for inspection onsite upon request a daily record of operating information, together with other data as may be required for each pool relative to operation of the pool. The records to be made available for inspection shall include data on disinfectant levels, pH, maintenance. There was no logbook present at the poo, physical or digital.

13-201(c)(3): Bathroom with hot water range of 70-104 degree must be provided for each mens and womens bathroom. Obs: No hot water in both bathrooms.

13-201(j): Adequately sized trash can with lid should be provided for each mens and womens bathroom . Obs: Only womens bathroom has trash can with lid. Mens does not.

13-201(k): A minimum of 1 diaper changing station must be provided in each mens and womens bathroom. Obs: No diaper changing stations in both bathrooms.

13-198(b): Enclosure must be ventilated with outside air by chlorine resistant exhaust fan with vents located a max of 4 inches above floor level. Obs: No exhaust fan present.

13-201(c)(3): 1 Bathroom with hot water temp of 70-104 degrees shall be provided. Observation: No hot water in bathroom sink.

COS: 13-201(k): At all times a liquid supply of soap should be provided. Obs: CPO added soaps for the bathrooms.

13-187(c): Operating permit shall be framed and displayed. Obs: CPO was able to re-print and post up permit.

13-90(A)(7)-A flow meter shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four(24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four(4) turnovers per day, or one turnover every six(6) hours(pool); every 30 minutes for spas. Observed the flow meter not operable.

13-198(a)- Equipment room shall be keep clean and safe

• Equipment room had multiple empty chemical container stored on the ground. chemicals must be stored on palate or shelf.
