13-189(c)(6): At all times when the pool ins in use, the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck. Observed the pool water to be cloudy and the main drain was not clearly visible. Observed the pool to be cloudy. Inspector could not see the main drains from the deck.
13-189(c)(1): The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3ppm at all times. Observed free chlorine at 2.58ppm.
3-189(c)(2):Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100 ppm. Observed the cyanuric acid level at 200+PPM. Observed daily logs of CYA at 200+PPM.

13-190(a): All circulation systems must function properly. Obs: Flow meter is inoperable.
13-188(d)(2): At shallow portions of the pool where depths are 5 ft or less shall have permanent "No Diving" in minimum 2 inch black letters with white background on permanent tile. Obs: NO DIVING is less than 2 inches tall.
13-196(a)(4): Each skimmer shall have properly designed and operating weir or other departmentally approved means of effective skimming. Obs: None of weirs are in skimmers. Also, skimmer baskets are full of debris.

13-198(b): enclosure must be ventilated with outside air by a chlorine resistant exhaust fan with vents that are located at the top of the enclosure. Obs: No exhaust fan.
