Observed the pool water to be cloudy and the main drain was not clearly visible. Observed the pool to be cloudy. Inspector could not see the main drains from the deck.

13-189(c)(1): The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3ppm at all times. Observed free chlorine at 2.58ppm.

3-189(c)(2):Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100 ppm. Observed the cyanuric acid level at 200+PPM. Observed daily logs of CYA at 200+PPM.

13-189(c)(2):Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100 ppm. Observed the cyanuric acid level at 214+. Advised to keep a log of daily cyanuric acid levels and drain the pool once levels get to 80ppm.

13-201(k): A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each men's and women's section of the bathhouse. Observed no diaper changing station in either bathroom. Advised to get a diaper station in bathrooms.

13-187(c):The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place. Observed the current report was not posted on the wall. Advised to keep the most current report posted.

13-201(k)A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each men's and women's section of the bathhouse. I observed no changing station in men's or women's bathhouse.

13-197(a)The water in each pool shall be continuously chemically treated with an approved disinfecting agent feeder didn't have any chlorine tablets.

13-197(i)No disinfectant added by hand as the sole or primary method of adding disinfectant or ph control chemical. Observed their were chlorine tablets in the skimmers.

13-202(a)(1): Each Public pool must be at least 5' in height as measured from the exterior grade. No climbable objects shall be allowed within 3' from the barrier measured horizontally from the exterior grade. Observed the pool gate to not self-latch

13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter must be installed on return line. Obs: Max value on red flow meter is 120gpm. According to turnover rate of 111gpm, the flow meter max value should be 167gpm. Max value must be 1.5x of turnover rate.

13-190(a): All circulation systems must function properly. Obs: Flow meter is inoperable.

13-188(d)(2): At shallow portions of the pool where depths are 5 ft or less shall have permanent "No Diving" in minimum 2 inch black letters with white background on permanent tile. Obs: NO DIVING is less than 2 inches tall.

13-196(a)(4): Each skimmer shall have properly designed and operating weir or other departmentally approved means of effective skimming. Obs: None of weirs are in skimmers. Also, skimmer baskets are full of debris.

13-202(m): safety rules need to contain minimum 12 statements. Obs: Rules is missing "No spitting/spouting" and info for bather load & hours of operation.

13-189(a)(5): All pools shall be kept free of sediment, dirt, debris. Obs: There is stains throughout. It's more visible on steps.

13-190(a): Equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of 1 turnover every 6 hours. Obs: Flow meter is inoperable.

13-196(a)(4): each skimmer shall have properly designed and operating weir. Obs: CPO corrected by adding weirs.

13-202(m): safety rules and regulations should have the minimum 12 statements. Obs: signs are missing "bathers with open wounds" and "no spitting/spouting". Bather load and hours of operation not filled in.

13-198(b): enclosure must be ventilated with outside air by a chlorine resistant exhaust fan with vents that are located at the top of the enclosure. Obs: No exhaust fan.
