Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
Observed the middle bar, the platinum bar and the B-side bar with out paper towel. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: Individual, disposable towels; A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel. COS: Paper towel was placed.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(a) - handwashing cleanser, availability (pf)
Observed the Platinum side bar and the B-side bar without hand soap. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. COS: Soap was provided for the B-side bar. Person in charge stated that the Platinum bar isn't open frequently.

Observed outer openings with day-lights coming in all exist doors.CA: outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by:(i) Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; Closed, tight-fitting windows; and Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(1)(a) - materials, general requirements (p, c)
Observed the shelves in the walk in cooler to be rusty in appearance. CA: Informed PIC that shelves needs to be replace or resurface. Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be made of materials that do not allow the migration of deleterious substances or impart colors and odors.
