5 - emergency phone operational and accessible
13-202(g): An operable, hard wired phone with direct 911 access installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within pool enclosure. Observed emergency phone not functional (no tone/ light). COS: Replaced temporarily with phone from office, moved to area , moved emergency numbers to temporary phone location and wrote temporary location on signage. Pool can remain open. Phone must be repaired as soon as possible and inspector notified upon repair.
34 - inspection report placed in public view
13-187(c). The current inspection report shall be displayed where easily read by public at all times. Observed old report (3.13.25) still in place, most recent inspection dated 6.20.25. COS: CPO replaced with current inspection.
37 - other violations of the chapter
13-187(c)(1). An approved test kit to measure free chlorine residual shall be provided an used. Observed expired test chemicals being used. COS: CPO replaced expired chemicals with in date chemicals.
