13-202(g): An operable, hard wired phone with direct 911 access installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within pool enclosure. Observed emergency phone not functional (no tone/ light). COS: Replaced temporarily with phone from office, moved to area , moved emergency numbers to temporary phone location and wrote temporary location on signage. Pool can remain open. Phone must be repaired as soon as possible and inspector notified upon repair.

13-187(c). The current inspection report shall be displayed where easily read by public at all times. Observed old report (3.13.25) still in place, most recent inspection dated 6.20.25. COS: CPO replaced with current inspection.

13-187(c)(1). An approved test kit to measure free chlorine residual shall be provided an used. Observed expired test chemicals being used. COS: CPO replaced expired chemicals with in date chemicals.

13-187(c). The operating permit shall be framed and displayed at all times. Observed expired permit displayed (3.31.25).

13-202(g):An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure.

Observed emergency phone in pool area was inoperable.

13-189(c)(1) At all times, disinfectant levels shall be between 1.5 ppm- 10 ppm.

Observed chlorine levels initially at 1.24ppm, second chlorine reading was 1.15ppm

13-191(a) All valves and piping in the equipment rooms shall be clearly labeled, and water flow direction shall be indicated on exposed piping in the filter room. Observed missing/worn labeling of pipes. Operator COS

13-190(a)(8) Pools equipped with heaters shall have a fixed thermometer in the circulation line. Observed missing thermometer in the pool for bathers.

13-202(k) Each pool shall have in place a departmentally approved EAP... CPO has a partial EAP and says that it is being updated.

13-198(b) Ready access, suitable drainage and ventilation of fresh make-up air must be provided for all equipment rooms. Observed leak in the equipment room.

13-189(c)(1) At all times, disinfectant levels shall be between 1.5 ppm- 10 ppm. Measured chlorine level at 1.15 ppm. COS. Chlorine raised to 1.53 ppm.

13-202(c) Each pool operator shall maintain daily records for disinfectant levels, pH, maintenance procedures. The pool water shall be tested at least 2 times a day. CPO or management was unable to provide chemical records at the time of inspection.

13-202(g):An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure. Observed emergency phone was not operational. Another observation was that, the back-up phone to be use temporary was showing a different location, as indicated by the dispatcher (1950 west exchange place).
