13-205(b)(c): the equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain a turnover ever 6 hours; observed flow meter reading of 45gpm - this should be slightly higher for a pool of 17,000 gallons
21 - cyanuric acid level not exceeding maximum
13-189(c)(2): cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm; observed a cyanuric acid reading of 178ppm
32 - operator training certification available onsite and approved
13-187(c): a copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the permit; did not observe the CPO certificate displayed
