Observed live and dead roaches along the walls of the ware-wash area. when asking PIC if they had pest control he stated they do not. I discussed with the PIC that a license pest control would be needed and once invoices are received please email invoice to Keyandra.Turner1@dph.ga.gov
CA: The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: 1. Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; 2. Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; 3. Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Observed fresh blood on the walk-in freezer floor. Observed accumulated dust and dirt on the shelves in the dry-storage area at the back of the kitchen. Observed walk-in cooler walls with an accumulation of black residue near the floor. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent the buildup of soil and residues.
