13-188(d)(2) - "No Diving" markers must be placed NEXT to "Depth" markers. Observed several markers placed away from depth markers.

13-202(m) - Rules must contain at minimum the 12 statements in the pool code on pg 42 (CPO has photo)

13-190(a) - Pumps shall function properly an be maintained in a clean condition. Observed unclean conditions in pump basket.

Each pool shall be supplied with readily available first aid kits. Observed several expired items in kit.

13-189(c)(1) The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than one and one-half parts per million at all times. If stabilizing agents are used, a free chlorine residual shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than three parts per million. Free chlorine shall not exceed ten parts per million.

Observed skimmers unclean with debris build up. COS: Skimmers were cleaned while inspector was onsite

Observed chemicals stored directly on the floor. COS: chemicals were moved to pallet

13-189(c)(1) Chlorine residual in the pool must be maintained between 3 - 10 ppm at all times. I observed the pool had 1.06 ppm but was corrected on site to 3.02 ppm.

A free chlorine residual shall be maintained at concentration of no less than 3 ppm. at all times. I observed 1.96 but it was corrected on site to 3.1

13-189(a)(5) All pools shall be kept from sediment dirt or debris. Visible scum shall be removed. I observed stains on the pools surface.
