13-190(a) Observed turn over rate at 140gpm. Based on volume minimum turnover rate should be 218gpm. Advised to back wash to increase flow.

13-201(b) Observed deck shower in disrepair. Advised to repair and maintain shower in good working condition at all times.

13-198(a)(5) observed debris on pool surface. All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt or debris by frequent vacuuming and brushing of the bottom and sidewalls.

Observed turnover rate at 90gpm, turnover should be a minimum of 361gpm according to gallons.

Shower in disrepair at time of inspection. Shower must be maintained in working condition at all times .

13-188(d)(1) Permanent, slip- resistant depth markers and NO DIVING signs must be posted by each water depth. It was observed that the depth markers were painted on and fading.

13-189(C)(1) The free chlorine in all parts of the pool must be maintained at 3.0 ppm- 10.0 ppm. I observed 0.09 ppm.
