Discussed with CPO that he will get a different flow meter because he believes that the current flow meter is in disrepair.

13-189(C)(1) - FREE CHLORINE SHALL BE MAINTAINED BETWEEN 3PPM AND 10 PPM AT ALL TIMES. AT INSPECTION OBSERVED THE CHLORINE AT 2.39, 2.54, 2.97 AND 3.66.
13-202(D) - LIFESAVING EQUIPMENT SHALL BE READILY AVAILABLE AND IN GOOD CONDITION. AT INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE SHEPHERD'S HOOK WAS NOT CONNECTED TO A NON-TELESCOPING POLE. A ROPE WAS NOT ATTACHED TO THE LIFESAVING RING. CPO WAS ABLE TO SCREW THE HOOK INTO A POLE AND ATTACH THE ROPE TO THE BUOY
