13-205(b0(1): for an outdoor pool, a turnover rate of one turnover every six (6) hours shall exist; note the flow meter reading of 90gpm

13-201(b): a deck shower with tempered water shall be provided at each pool entrance; observed at time of inspection that pool deck did not have a deck shower

13-187(c): the current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place; observed that the current inspection report was not on public display

13-189(a)(5): all pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, or debris; observed at time of inspection debris in the pool

13-201(b): if no bathhouse is required, a shower with tempered water shall be provided at each entrance to the pool area; observed that pool facility di not have such a deck shower at time in inspection

13-188(a): pool surfaces shall have no cracks or open joints; observed that pool surfaces may need repair in near future

13-189(a)(5): All pools shall be kept free of sediment, dirt, or debris. Obs: There is light stains. Mainly coming from inlet.

13-189(c)(1): Free Chlorine must be measured at range of 3ppm-10ppm. Obs: Chlorine initially read 0.23ppm. After adjustment, it rose to 0.28

13-190(a): All circular systems components, including filters, pumps, and other similar components shall function properly and be maintained. Obs: The pipe leading up to pump from main drain is leaking water. A good amount of the equipment room is wet.
