13-188(a): pool surfaces shall have no cracks or joints; observed that pool surfaces have begun to need repair

13-189(a)(5): All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, debris. Obs: There is heavy staining throughout the pool.

13-189(c)(1): Free Chlorine shall measure at a range of 3ppm-10ppm. Obs: The chlorine initially tested at 0.19ppm. After adjustment, it went to 0.22ppm.

13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to properly indicate circulation rate in GPM. Obs: Flow meter read 70gpm. Turnover rate is 83. In order to get accurate reading, the max value should be 1.5x of turnover rate which is 125. The flow meter max value is 120gpm.

13-189(a)(5): Pools shall be kept free of sediment, dirt, or debris. Visible scum must be removed. Obs: There is visible staining throughout the pool. There is stains on the wall as well.
