Observed the flow meter not properly operating. Could not see the flow rate of the pool pump.

Observed the cyanuric acid levels higher than the legal maximum of 100ppm. Pool was drained and refilled with fresh water.

511-3-5-.17(1) - (1) Disinfectant Levels (a) Free chlorine, ppm in pool range at was 0.62 (too low). Informed Manager to contact ASP to increase the Chlorine levels above 3.0 ppm, no more than 10 ppm.

511-3-5-.18(10)(c ) - (c) An operable, hard-wired, conventional telephone line or continuous powered source, weatherproof emergency phone shall be permanently installed in a conspicuous location within the pool enclosure and must be readily available to bathers at all times. Emergency phone not directed to 911. Informed Manager and owner.

Chlorine level too low at 0.03 for bather to enter pool. Informed CPO to closed pool immediately.

511-3-5-.23(5)(b) - (b) During operation, the pH is less than the minimum or more than the maximum levels allowed in DPH Rule 511-3-5-.l7. At the time of pool inspection pool pH level was 7.0 ppm. Pool is Closed.

511-3-5-.23(5)(h) - Absence of required lifesaving equipment on the deck or an emergency phone not direct to 911 operator. Observed buoy with missing rope. Pool shall be provided with a Coast Guard approved lifesaving (15"-24"), firmly attached to a one-quarter inch to three-eights inch diameter throwing rope that is long as one and one half longer as one half times the maximum length of the pool.

511-3-5-.22(11) - (11) If the water test results are not in compliance with DPH Rule 511-3-5-.17, the operator shall close the pool, record findings, and make the necessary adjustments to the water chemistry to comply with the chapter. The chemicals levels at time of pool inspection was indicated on report. Please review.

511-3-5-.18(13)(c) - (c) A sign shall be posted stating the hours of operation in clear view near the entrance and shall state the theoretical peak occupancy. At the time of inspection the pool rule sign was missing bather load and time of operation.

511-3-5-.19(2)(e ) - (e) Soap dispensers for providing either liquid or powdered soap shall be provided at each lavatory. The dispenser shall be of all metal or plastic. At the time of pool inspection soap dispenser was damaged and hand sanitizer was place on counter near faucet.
