Observed a container filled with dirty water and food debris stored in the hand sink in the ware washing area. CA:) Using a Handwashing Sink.

An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. COS: PIC removed the dirty container from the hand sink and moved to 3 compartment sink to be wash, rinsed and sanitized.

Observed radio stored on the rack designated for clean dishes and equipment. CA: Except as specified in paragraph 2 of this subsection, cleaned and sanitized equipment, utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles may not be stored in or under any source of contamination, including in locker rooms, in toilet rooms, in garbage rooms, in mechanical rooms, under sewer lines, under leaking water lines including leaking automatic fire sprinkler heads or under lines on which water has condensed; under open stairwells; or under other sources of contamination. COS: Person in charge removed the radio from the clean equipment rack and relocated it to a designated area.
