Observed butter and cream cheese in reach in cooler in the main kitchen and the reach in cooler in the self service area above 41F. CA: All TCS foods must be at a temperature of 41F or lower when cold holding. COS: The butter and cream cheese was discarded. PIC stated that he will order more.
