Leaks need to be repaired and proper drainage needs to be installed and or fixed to WIC and WIF and floor tiles need to be fixed and replaced.

Observed Walk in freezer door jam busted, and water leaking on to floor under the walk in freezer evident by rust on floor also observed heavy condensation from roof line of interior freezer dripping ice. Subway has contracted with a NEW COMPANY for REPAIRS. The company already had a scheduled site visit planned for this location today as the store is fixing to go through a remodel. The repair company was here to assess both the Walk in Cooler and Walk in freezer to determine if a new ones were needing to be purchased and / or what was needed if they kept them. At the time of site visit they saw items for both the Walk in and Freezer that were needing repair and EHS discussed their finding with them as well. They were Making repairs during inspection COS. C. Action Walk in Freezer and Walk in Cooler needs to be repaired against leaks and damage and maintained in good working order. NO food was being held out of temperature.
