Observed an accumulation of garbage bags around the dumpster. CA: Soiled receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent them from developing a buildup of soil or becoming attractants for insects and rodents. PIC will have the dumpster area cleaned.

Observed the most current inspection report not posted at the drive-thru window. CA: Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information. PIC will post the most recent report.

Observed beverages stored outside of the kitchen/food storage area on the floor near the restrooms. CA: Except as specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this subsection, food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food: (i) In a clean, dry location; (ii) Where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (iii) At least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor. PIC will have items moved to the kitchen.

Observed cell phones on the counter near the drive thru window. CA: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided and used for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and other possessions. PIC will have employee personal items in an area away from food preparation area.

Observed wiping cloth not stored in sanitizer at the proper concentration. CA: Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be: (i) Held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified. PIC replaced sanitizer water for washing cloths.
