PIC discarded milk.

Observed dead pests in the kitchen on a sticky trap. C/A: Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests shall be removed from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests. PIC will have the trap removed.

CA: In a food service establishment that serves a highly susceptible population pasteurized eggs or egg products shall be substituted for raw eggs in the preparation of except as specified in paragraph 6 of this subsection, recipes in which more than one egg is broken and the eggs are combined. PIC will use the eggs for boiling or as an ingredient in baked foods only.
