PIC added ice over milk to cool.

Observed employee drinks and medication stored on a shelf in the walk in cooler next to facility food items. CA: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions. PIC will store employee items on bottom shelf alone or inside a container to offer protection from cross contamination.

CA: Except as specified under paragraph 2. of this subsection and when cooling as specified in DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04(6)(e)2.(ii), storing the food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination. PIC wrapped the food items with saran wrap.

Observed the fume hoods with an accumulation of dust. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC will have the fume hoods cleaned.

CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. PIC will wash and sanitize the ice machine.

Observed employee lunch bag being stored on top of prep table. CA: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be located in a designated room or area where contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and single-service and single-use articles cannot occur. PIC removed the lunch bag from the table and placed it in the office.
