Observed exposed to go cups (front line, 3 comp sink and hand sink) in open holders. Keep to go cups in covered dispensers, or leave in protective plastic sleeves, with only the bottom of the top cup exposed.

Unable to locate on site chemical sanitizer test kit. Ensure staff is aware of test kit location and use for/of test kit.
