Observed accumulations of black/grey/pink mold like substance on splash plate of drink station ice machine. Need to clean and sanitize splash plate/interior of ice machine at a frequency to prevent accumulations. COS.

Observed to go sauce cups/containers being used and reused as sugar scoops. DO not reuse single service items as food scoops. Provide a proper scoop with defined handle stored with handle out of contact with product. COS.

Observed grill cooler drawers with hanging, split or cracked gaskets. Repair or replace gaskets by 3/8/26.
