No paper towels at hand sink in food prep/sales area. Keep the paper towels or an approved means to dry hands available at all times. Paper towels moved from across the building to near sink to COS.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Plumbing for mop sink and toilet needs repair. Mop sink in poor condition and toilet has been turned off temporarily due to condition (a part is to be added). Must repair plumbing ASAP as employees must have access to a restroom. A plumber has been called to repair toilet. Keep plumbing in good condition. Monitor water pressure periodically.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Non food contact surfaces have residue and build up from what appears to be grease or sauce on outside of warmer cabinet at prep sales/legs to table and outside of equipment. Clean enough to prevent accumulation. Clean so that pests are not attracted to residue.
