Regulation: .10(5) - compliant drain cover
Checking for secondary device (researching) for main drain. Operator to research and provide documentation of 2nd means of entrapment avoidance. Entrapment Avoidance-if a single suction outlet or multiples which can be isolated these must have a cover grate that complies with ANSI APSP-7 Standard for suction Entrapment Avoidance in Swimming Pools, Wading Pools, Spas, Hot Tubs, and Catch Basins or successor standard and as many of the following as necessary: A) safety vacuum release system that has been tested by a nationally recognized independent 3rd party and found to conform to ANSI/ASME Std. A112.19.17 or ASTM Std. F2387 and installed according to manufacturer's instructions B) a suction-limiting vent system designed by a professional engineer C) a gravity drainage system designed by a professional engineer D) automatic pump shut off system that has been tested by a nationally recognized independent 3rd party and found to conform to a recognized standard. E) other means meeting the standards of Dept. and CPSC. Does not know date of installation of main drain cover. Plan to replace by next year if date not provided.

rope needs to be 1.5 x wide of pool (27 feet long) or 50 feet, per choice.

32 - operator training certification available onsite and approved
Regulation: 511-3-5-.22(2) - (2) the trained operator shall have a current certificate showing completion of an approved operator training course. a copy or the original certificate or documentation shall be available onsite for inspection by the health authority.
Expired pool operator/technician; certification not current. Keep a current certified pool operator on contract or employee to adjust pool chemicals, etc. and visit pool 2x weekly; keep written documentation.
24 - piping identified and marked
Regulation: 511-3-5-.08(6) - (6) all piping shall be marked with directional arrows as necessary to determine flow direction. all piping in the equipment room shall be permanently identified by its use and the pool and or aquatic feature it serves.
