Observed sanitizer buckets for tables containing no sanitizer in it. Fabuloso cleaner is being used.
C/A - use approved sanitizer such as bleach and test regularly with chlorine-based test strips to ensure the sanitizer concentration is correct.

Observed food in reach in cooler without date and labels on it. C/A - put common name of food on container when removing food from its original container. Also date food.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i),(j) - temperature measuring device, manual warewashing; sanitizing solutions, testing device (pf)
Observed no test strips on site to test sanitizer concentration. C/A - obtain test strips for dish machine (quat type) and for bucket (chlorine type) to test sanitizer with.
