Observed hot water at 132 degrees F and 134 degrees F in rooms #35 and #25 respectively.
C/A - adjust hot water heater to between 100 degrees F and 120 degrees F to prevent accidental scalding.
POC - water header needs adjustment

C/A - clean all stained mattresses and sheets. Replace if burned (as in room #25) or unable to clean
